Due to COVID-19 Pandemic We are currently facing a slight delay to ship orders.We appreciate your understanding.

Amobro delivers free of charge to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. If you live outside the 48 contiguous states, shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on location

Amobro also delivers, with additional shipping fee, to Hawaii, Alaska and most parts of Canada. Add the items in the cart and enter the shipping address information to view the estimated shipping fee to your destination.

We ship most orders from our U.S. warehouse via multi-channel distribution ground.Delivery can take 5 to 10 business days.Oversized items or some items are shipped via freight service or factory direct with delivery times of up to 15 business days.

Free Shipping: Free for orders over $89(included);

Standard Shipping: $19.99 postage for orders under $59.99 (not included);

Expedited Shipping: $39.99 determined by you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging.                

All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 0-3 days (Mon-Fri) after the order is placed.

Shipping Time: Depending on the destination country of delivery (also refer to the average shipping time on the form)

Processing time: 1-2 Days

Shipping time: 5~15 Days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore is not guaranteeing delivery dates.But Most orders will be shipped much faster than the estimated time

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped,usually one to two business days after the order is placed.but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
  • By using this courier number on the courier website, you will be able to determine the scheduled delivery time for the item.Express does not guarantee delivery at a specific time and will not alert you prior to delivery.The courier agent will not set up or remove mattresses, frames or any other products.
  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct.If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
  • Please double check your shipping address to make sure the information is entered correctly.    Amobro is not responsible for any order that is lost due to incorrect shipping or contact information that a customer has provided.If you need to change the shipping address, immediately alert Amobro by emailing Support@amobro.com.Amobro will do its best to redirect the package,but is not responsible for any unexpected delivery issues, including loss of the package, during this process.
  • If there is no one to accept the package, the courier will leave the package at your doorstep. If your shipping address is in a burglary-prone area or you feel there is any risk of leaving the package outside for a period of time, please be sure to request a signature on the order via email to shipping@Amobro.com.Amobro, which is not responsible for any product damage or loss caused by the order being left at your doorstep.
  • Shipping delays owing to stock shortage or other unexpected occurrences are very rare, but we will promptly notify you if we anticipate any such delays.

 

Delivery Time

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it.    Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. AMOBRO is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. AMOBRO can never guarantee a delivery date.If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave.If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.If you have not received your package within 25 days of placing the order, email support@amobro.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!Amobro is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
