Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Amobro products. But if you’re having problems, we can exchange them or help you return them.

At Amobro.com , customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, Please contact us before you want to return an item you received in order to receive a return shipping address and other instructions.   Please do not send it back without permission.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@amobro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled only before shipping. And cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.If the buyer still needs to cancel after 24 hours, then 20% of the order amount will be deducted.The buyer need to contact us first for the reason, our sale manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days. Please notify us of your cancellation request by email at support@amobro.com

If you cancel an order for an item that has been shipped, you will be charged a return fee.

The item you are returning must be returned in the original packaging for your refund to be processed.It may take up to two weeks to see the refund on your credit card statement.

Any orders that have been shipped out order can not be canceled.

The following items/situations will not be accepted for return/refund

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like artificially damaged items after receipt.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In case of defective/incorrect/missing items, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.

We are unable to process refunds for any packages that fail to deliver, as they will not be returned to us.Parcels that are not processed within the time frame we have been notified of will be destroyed.At that time, the only option is to send a new package and the buyer will have to pay another 40% of the cost.

We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received. And we cannot proceed further without providing the proof we require.

Buy different sizes for the same product (Considering the expensive international express fee for returns, we recommend that you buy one size for each product.If you are not sure which size fits, please refer to the size chart or contact customer service, we will try our best to help you).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.This solution is only when Amobro shop is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

Customer's responsibility:

Incorrect order(size of item)

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return.In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price.       All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

* Additional notes about Warranty *

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team;if approved, you will get returns.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item.All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Compensation time-frame:

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
